In addition, we have several new interns through our apprentice training program with area colleges, especially Fairfield University, ensuring a continual pipeline of new thinking, energy and solutions for you.

Who is The Voice and why you might care.

10 years ago, we launched with a mission to service multiple parties by doing things differently:

  • Create a model where emerging talent from all backgrounds could craft real solutions for actual clients, mentored by senior staff. Over 30 interns have now come through our program. They have landed top-tier jobs at the country's leading ad agencies and companies. Not incidentally, we are proud of our diversity; we recruit and hire talent from all ethnicities, religions, genders and ages.
  • Nurture a lab that produces world-class solutions with a high creative standard. Today, we have a hard-earned reputation for producing top-tier work. We are best known for online products for large companies, but our lean structure and open environment allow us to scale down for small- and medium-sized businesses.
  • Build a facility where team members could work, learn and even live in an all-in-one environment. Today, The Voice apartments are occupied by designers-in-residence, while the front half of the facility is the ad agency. Rooms are decorated in the different major styles of advertising and design, creating a History of Advertising motif. In fact, The Voice offices will soon become a registered museum.
We have stayed true to our original goals and values, and thrived. We invite you to write or call us at (203) 296-2800 or visit the-voice.com.
